This unexplored waterfall tour can be visited by kayaking and trekking. The kayaking trip is about 14km round trip and the trekking trip is about 70 minutes round trip. Kayak through the lush mangrove and jungle rivers, trekking through the jungle and over streams to reach the unexplored Nala Falls. If the air and water temperatures are warm, you can even play in the waterfall basin or the arch of the waterfall. Although it requires a little bit of physical strength, this tour is recommended for families and couples because you can fully enjoy the interesting parts of Iriomote Island. For those who are not confident about their physical strength, kayaks for two or three people are available, so it is possible to join the tour with your loved ones or family members, and for those who are not confident, a guide can ride along with you and support you, so you can join the tour with extra strength.

You can choose from two types of kayaks: sea kayaks and stable river kayaks. Unless otherwise specified, sea kayak will be used.

No.1 Waterfall in Iriomote Island "Mayagusuku Waterfall Kayak & Trekking".

Mayagusuku Waterfall is said to be the most beautiful waterfall in Iriomote Island.

It is the hardest kayak & trekking tour to challenge 13km round trip by kayak and 12km round trip by trekking at the unexplored waterfall located in the deepest part of Iriomote Island where you cannot enter alone.

It will be a special tour where you can see up to 4 waterfalls in total, including Maluud Waterfall, Kanpire Waterfall, and Kasik Waterfall (only if you have enough physical strength and time) on the way.

Mysterious place! Waterfall & Ida's Beach

Sea kayak-centered unexplored tour!

Mizuage no Taki is a unexplored waterfall that cannot be reached on foot like Nala no Taki. Mizuage no Taki is the only waterfall in Iriomote Island where you can reach the bottom of the waterfall without getting off the kayak. Most of the route is kayaking in the sea, but you can also experience mangrove kayaking as you enter the mangrove forest on the approach to the waterfall. As the waterfall gradually comes into view, you will surely feel that you are on a trip to a secluded area in Japan. After the waterfall, depending on the tide level, we will stop at Ida Beach, another unexplored beach that cannot be reached on foot. If the tide is too low to go near Ida’s beach, we will stop at the beaches around Ida’s beach.

Adventure! Adanade Waterfall Shower Trekking & Kayaking

Mostly stream trekking! A great adventure unexplored area tour by kayak!

Compared to Nala Falls, the distance to paddle a kayak is about half, so even women who are not confident in their arm strength can easily participate in this unexplored course.

To get to Adanade Falls, you will have to go as far as you can go by kayak along the Adanade River. From there, we will swim in the river, jabber in the stream, and sometimes go over small waterfalls head-on.

Adanade Waterfall is a waterfall that we can encounter as we push forward through the beautiful mountain stream of Iriomote Island with all our senses working at full capacity.

Swimming in the waterfall basin, jumping into the basin! This is a very energetic experience, so it is highly recommended for families with children. For those who are not good swimmers, life jackets are provided so that you can participate without worry.

You can take a scenic boat tour by yourself, but if you want to go by kayak, please sign up for this tour.
